Refund Policy

At What’s That Patch, we want you to love your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process for you.
Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. We aim to ship all orders within 4–12 hours, so if you need to cancel, please act quickly. Please note: our email is monitored closely by our team during standard working hours in the UK, but responses may be delayed outside of these hours.
To cancel, email hello@whatsthatpatch.com with your order number and cancellation request. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to Section 2 for return options.
Returning Products (After Delivery)
Eligibility for Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:
✔ Unopened and unused
✔ In their original, sealed packaging
✔ In resalable condition
To start a return, email us at hello@whatsthatpatch.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
❌ Opened or used transdermal patches
❌ Products not in their original packaging
❌ Items requested for return after 14 days from delivery
❌ Items purchased as final sale or during a promotion, unless faulty
Note: Our patches are single-use topical items designed for adult use, so strict hygiene standards apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We stand by our products and want to make things right if something goes wrong! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

📌 A brief description of the issue
📌 Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a refund, credit, or replacement, depending on the issue.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will:
💰 Issue a refund to your original payment method
⏳ Process refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving your return
📩 Send you a confirmation email once processed
🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
💡 If your order included a promotional discount, your refund will reflect the adjusted amount.
Return Shipping
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
- If returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
